The Tutbury Market pitches are 3.5m x 3.5m and have a fee of £30.00 each. After you have applied for your pitch, the volunteers will discuss the list of stalls and confirm by e-mail if you have been accepted to host your stall at Tutbury Market. For the stallholders that have been accepted payment will then be asked to be made. Once payment has been received the pitch booking is then complete. All relevant information will then be sent at least 7 days before each market date via e-mail with your pitch number, time of arrival and access entrance. All stallholders must have Public Liability Insurance and Food Hygiene certificates (if necessary) to be accepted to host their stall at Tutbury Market and must supply all of their own equipment on the day.
When you have located your pitch please unload, park your vehicle and then return to set up your stall. Visitors start arriving at 10:00am so it is important to be successfully set up and ready for the day by this time.
The market ends at 4:00pm when stallholders will be instructed by volunteers with directions to safely leave the market.
